PLEASE NOTE: MONTHLY RATES
ARE NOT APPLICABLE IN THE MONTH OF JULY! There is an additional
$100 premium for Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Please call for information on additional properties for both long
and short term rentals. Rates do not reflect cleaning fees or
taxes. Both rent and cleaning fees are subject to a sales tax. There
is a $40.00 additional charge when accompanied by a pet for properties
that allow pets. Security/damage deposit required. Written
cancellation notice is required in order to have deposit
returned*. RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

DEPOSIT
POLICY
A reservation/security deposit is required. The deposit may be
made via Visa or MasterCard or by sending Five Star a personal
check for the amount required. If you submit a check, it will be
held in a non-interest bearing account at Bank of America in St.
Augustine, Florida. Upon your arrival the reservation deposit
becomes a security deposit and is held until after checkout at
which time the unit is inspected. The deposit will be refunded
within 14 days of your departure as long as there is no damage or
anything missing from the unit.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
Security/Damage Deposit required. In order to have deposit
returned, written cancellation must be received thirty (30) days
prior to check-in date for all properties rented for less than one
month and sixty (60) day written cancellation notice for all
properties rented for one month or more. There is a $20.00
processing charge for all cancellations and for all change of
reservation dates.
PAYMENT ON ARRIVAL DATE
Upon arrival, you must pay your rental fees with
either cash, bank check, traveler's check, or money
order. Credit Cards and personal checks
will not be accepted at check-in. All late arrivals (after
5:00pm) will be charged a $20 late arrival fee.
